He reveals his artistic concept: he is not concerned with fun and games, but with the rhythm of a symbolically coded language whose momentum and intensity is strongly determined by different digrees of attention. The beginning and end of his childlike rendering lie beyond the criteria of completion and perfection, they follow instinctive and spontaneous inclinations: it is precisely these intuitively forms of behavior, between attention and disregard, that influence the viewer’s childlike reaction to Fischer’s works.

Moved to Berlin to enter Universitat der Kunste Berlin and graduated.
