本サイトに掲載されている作品画像、展覧会記録写真、テキスト、ロゴ、デザイン、音声、映像、その他すべてのコンテンツ（以下「コンテンツ」といいます）及びその付属物につき発生するすべての権利および経済的利益（日本国内において発生する権利および経済的利益のみならず、関連するあらゆる国及び法域の権利および経済的利益を含みます）は、作家、権利者、撮影者または当ギャラリーに帰属します。 コンテンツの全部または一部を、当ギャラリーおよびコンテンツの権利者の許可なく、利用の目的、形態および範囲のいかんに関わらず、複製、転載、翻案、頒布、公衆送信等の行為に利用することを禁止します。*
本サイトに掲載されている写真や映像には、作家、関係者のみならず、ご来場頂いた方の肖像が含まれる場合があります。これらは当ギャラリーの記録・広報目的で使用するものであり、肖像を使わせて頂いた方のプライバシーを侵害する意図はありません。問題がある場合はお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。迅速に対応いたします。
All artworks, exhibition documentation, photographs, texts, logos, designs, audio, video, and other materials on the Site (collectively, the “Contents”) are protected by the Copyright Act and related laws effective in Japan and other relevant countries and legal jurisdictions. All rights and economic interests with respect to and/or in connection with the Contents and their accessories belong to the respective artists, photographers and/or the Gallery. Any usage of the Contents, regardless of the purposes, kinds, forms, scopes and/or extents of such usage, including, but not limited to reproductions, copies, distributions, modifications, public transmissions without permission from the right holders and the Gallery is strictly prohibited.
Some photographs and videos published in the Site may include faces and figures of artists, collaborators or visitors of the Gallery. Such published materials are used solely for archival and promotional purposes, with no intent to infringe the right of the privacy of any individual who visits the Gallery. However, if you believe you are harmed by the publishment, , please contact us so that we will respond promptly and properly.

3. オンライン販売および取引条件
Online Sales Terms
- 商品価格はすべて税込表示とし、送料は別途明示します。
- 作品は一点ものまたは限定版であり、先着順で販売されます。
- 支払方法：Square（クレジットカード決済）または銀行振込。
- 支払期限：ご注文日から5日以内にお支払いください。期日を過ぎた場合は、当ギャラリーの特段の行為を要せず、無効となる場合があります。
- 引渡時期：入金確認後7営業日以内に発送いたします。展示会出展中の作品は、会期終了後の発送となる場合があります。
- 返品・交換：一点もの作品の特性上、原則として返品・交換・キャンセルはお受けできません。 ただし、配送中の破損または誤送があった場合には、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。状況確認のうえ、修復・交換または返金にて対応いたします。
- 海外発送の場合、別途送料・通関手数料等が発生します。
- 掲載画像と実物の色味・質感は環境により異なる場合があります。
- All product prices are inclusive of consumption tax unless otherwise noted. Shipping fees are specified and charged separately.
- Each artwork is unique or part of a limited edition and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Payments are accepted via Square (credit card) or bank transfer within the specified period.
- Due of the payment is within five (5) days after the date of the order. In case of overdue, the order may be deemed void without any specific conduct by the Gallery.
- Purchased items will be shipped within seven (7) days after payment confirmation or after the exhibition period ends.
- Due to the nature of artworks, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted except in cases of damage or error in delivery. In such cases, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt.
- For international orders, additional shipping and customs fees may apply.
- The actual taste of colors and quality might be different from the Contents published in the Site.

The Gallery complies with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related regulations and personal information shall be used by the Gallery in accordance with the policy hereinbelow.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
本規約の解釈および適用は日本法に準拠し、本サイトの内容および本サイトの利用に関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
The Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, with the Tokyo District Court having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from and/or in connection with the contents and/or the use of the Site.
